Install
Mac: drag WeMemi into Applications. Windows: run the installer. The local AI engine is already inside.

Set up your local AI
Models sized to your computer come pre-selected: one for everyday jobs, one that reviews and answers, one for search.

Permissions
Grant only the access you want. Each one is optional, and you can change it later.

So it keeps capturing quietly in the background, even with the window closed.

Optional (Pro Plus): if you code, connect your AI apps, like Claude, Codex or Cursor, so they know you too. Nothing changes in their settings without your say-so.
Optional: want the biggest AI models? Chat uses your own key and sees only the memories you pick.

Best practices
- desktop_windowsLeave it on. A desktop, or a laptop on its charger. It only captures and syncs while it's running.
- filter_listStart small. Email, calendar, messages and your AI chats are enough. Add the rest later.
- task_altReview a little, often. A few minutes in Review each week keeps the queue short.

It comes down to memory (RAM). WeMemi measures your computer on first run and only offers the models that fit.
