Delete your account
Deleting your WeMemi account removes the account and the data we hold for it on our servers. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account, your plan and the list of devices signed in to it
- Your subscription, cancelled immediately, with the card we hold on file
- Your Ultra cloud backups, if you have any
- Your support conversations, and the usage records tied to your email
What stays
- The archive on your own devices. It is yours and lives on your devices, not with us. WeMemi keeps working on each device on the free plan.
- A record that you deleted your account, kept for security.
- Your past invoices, which our payment processor, Stripe, must keep for tax purposes.
- Our encrypted server backups, which roll off within 35 days.

We'll email you a sign-in link. It brings you back to this page.
Delete
Your cloud backups are deleted too, immediately and permanently. If you want a copy, download it from the app first.
Your account has been deleted
We've removed your account and the data we held for it. The archive on your devices is untouched — WeMemi keeps working there on the free plan. You're welcome back any time with a new account.
Your subscription was cancelled and you won't be charged again.
